If you're passionate about making the world a safer place and want to be part of an award-winning company culture, we invite you to join us.\n We are looking for an experienced Technical QA Engineer to join our team and ensure the quality, reliability, and security of our Exposure Management platform.\nThis role is ideal for a technical Manual QA Engineer with experience testing cybersecurity, networking, or cloud-based products. You will work closely with Development, Product, and Support teams to validate new features, investigate complex issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.\nThis position also offers the opportunity togrow into test automation, making it ideal for engineers with basic scripting skills who are interested in expanding their automation capabilities.\nManual Testing & Quality Assurance\nDesign and execute manual test plans and test cases.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and API testing.\nIdentify, document, and track software defects using Jira.\nValidate new features, bug fixes, and product releases.\nTechnical Investigation\nInvestigate application, networking, and security-related issues.\nAnalyze logs to identify root causes.\nTest APIs using Postman or similar tools.\nWork closely with Development and Support teams to resolve complex issues.\nAutomation\nWrite basic scripts using Python, Bash, or similar languages to improve testing efficiency.\nContribute to the team's test automation initiatives over time.\n Qualifications\n3+ years of experience as a Technical QA Engineer or Manual QA Engineer testing cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or enterprise software products.\nExperience with API testing using Postman.\nExperience working with Jira.\nExperience investigating issues using logs.\nTechnical Skills\nGood understanding of networking concepts includingTCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, and routing.\nFamiliarity with firewalls and enterprise security concepts.\nExperience with Linux.\nFamiliarity withAWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, or similar log analysis tools.\nBasic knowledge of SQL.\nAdvantages\nExperience with Docker or Kubernetes.\nExperience with Wireshark or tcpdump.\nExperience with cybersecurity products.\nFamiliarity with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or
