By joining our team, you'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact in a remote-friendly, fast-paced, and fun environment.\nThis role is responsible for leading operational delivery activities across the India Professional Services project delivery business, supporting consultants delivering enterprise security implementations, migrations, upgrades and customer escalations.\nThe environment is highly dynamic and fast paced, requiring strong operational leadership, stakeholder management and delivery governance capabilities.\n Major Responsibilities\nCreate and execute efficient personnel management plans\n\nKeep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectives\n\nImprove the skills of our Professional Services consultants\n\nMaintain and increase the technical certification of consultants on the team\n\nMaintain strong relationships with customers, partners, sales and SE teams\n\nStrive to continuously improve current service offerings and delivery governance\n\nHelp develop additional service offerings to enhance customer value\n\nOwn and lead customer escalations end-to-end, working directly with customers, sales, SEs, TAC and consultants to drive resolution\n\nLead operational cadence calls and ensure actions are tracked through to completion\n\nAlways strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structure\n\nConduct regular 1:1 meetings with consultants\n\nIdentify current and future challenges relating to skills, promotion, utilization and role development\n\nDemonstrate strong leadership presence by driving discussions, decisions and outcomes\n\nBe proactive, innovative and operationally focused\n\nHelp with consultant recruitment and hiring\n\nAct as the primary delivery partner to sales leadership, ensuring regular communication, alignment and execution\n\nSupport management of critical customer cutovers, weekend activities and enterprise delivery requirements\n\nDrive operational forecasting, resource planning and escalation management across the India project delivery business\n\n Experience managing a team of technical consultants or engineers\n\nStrong customer service, project management and quality control skills\n\nProven experience managing escalations and enterprise customer situations\n\nStrong resource planning and operational management skills\n\nExcellent leadership and stakeholder management capabilities\n\nStrong teamwork skills and attention to detail\n\nExperience with Check Point technologies is preferred\n\nExperience managing firewall migrations, enterprise implementations or large-scale delivery engagements is highly desirable\n\nFamiliarity with technologies such as Maestro, VSX, VPN, CloudGuard and enterprise security environments is advantageous\n\nAbility to manage conflicts and make strong operational decisions under pressure\n\nCapacity to mentor and develop team members\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\n Check Point Software Technologies is a global leader in cyber security solutions, dedicated to protecting corporate enterprises and governments worldwide.
