It's a way to get on our radar, so we can come to you the moment there's a great fit.\nThe job, unfiltered:\nHave real conversations, not scripted ones: read the room and sell in the way that gets results, not the way that ticks a box.\n\nClose deals that mean something, helping a tradesperson grow their business or a homeowner find someone they can trust.\n\nOwn a pipeline from first outreach to long-term account growth, and see the impact of your work end to end.\n\nChase targets that matter, and keep going when a deal falls through, learning from it as you do.\n\nBack your team and be backed in return, with no faff and people who want to see everyone succeed.\n\nThe fit:\nWherever you are in your sales career, from SDR through to sales leadership, we want to hear from you if you bring:\nA track record of hitting (or exceeding) targets, whatever stage of your career that's been at.\n\nThe knack for building relationships that last, from a cold first call to a long-term account.\n\nA consultative streak: you listen first, then sell the solution that actually fits.\n\nSteadiness and follow-through when a deal falls through.\n\nNice to have: experience selling SaaS, marketplace or subscription products.
