You'll own product strategy and delivery across consumer experience, tools for tradespeople, marketplace dynamics and AI, reporting directly to the CEO. The foundations are strong. The opportunity ahead is big.\nThe job, unfiltered:\nSet and own the multi-year product vision and roadmap, turning our growth ambitions into a clear, prioritised strategy the whole business can get behind.\n\nLead, coach and grow all our Product Managers, building a culture of ownership, curiosity and pace so they can do their best work.\n\nDrive rigorous prioritisation and planning, balancing short-term commercial impact with long-term platform investment.\n\nLead the use of AI and machine learning across the product, from search and matching to personalisation and automation, and find where it makes a real difference to experience and efficiency.\n\nWork closely with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Data and Commercial so product decisions rest on real user needs and real business outcomes.\n\nRepresent the product function in board and investor conversations, explaining the roadmap, progress and trade-offs clearly and confidently.\n\nThe fit:\nA solid background in senior product leadership: you've owned product direction end to end and built strong PM teams from the ground up.\n\nProven experience in a two-sided marketplace or platform business, and a good feel for supply and demand, network effects and what it takes to grow one.\n\nExperience building and shipping AI-powered product features from concept to production, with a clear view of where the technology adds value and where it's just noise.\n\nStrong commercial sense, and the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention and growth.\n\nCommunication that works as well with a cross-functional team as it does in a boardroom.\n\n(Don't self-select out because you don't tick every box.
