requests through contract lifecycle tool.\nManaging low complexity drafts through collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsels.\nComfortable in utilizing tools such as DocuSign,Claude, Copilot, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.\nAssist in maintaining trackers and generating reports.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical Skills:\nEmail writing skills is a must.\nProficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel.\nAttention to detail, skilled in interpreting requests and working with contract templates and playbooks.\nKnowledge of NDAs and service agreements.\nFamiliarity with SalesForce, DocuSign, Copilot, and request tracking tools.\nSoft Skills:\nAbility to multi-task and manage priorities under minimal supervision.\nStrong collaboration and communication abilities.\nAssertive and self-motivated and solutions-oriented mindset.\nPreferred Attributes\nCandidate based in Mumbai or Pune.\nCandidate with experience of working
