The SCSM will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes by effectively utilizing Checkmarx's application security solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional customer engagement skills.\nHow will you make an impact?\nIn this role, you'll drive customer success, product adoption, and value realization, leading to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll influence product development by representing customer needs and contribute to revenue growth through successful engagements. Ultimately, you'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve their application security goals.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide expert deployment and operational guidance. \nAct as the primary technical liaison for customers. \nCollaborate with Support, Product Management, and other internal teams. \nGuide customers through onboarding and best practices. \nMonitor adoption and address hurdles to meet committed usage levels. \nDrive value-based activities to increase platform adoption and consumption. \nDesign and execute Mutual Activity Plans tied to customer value and outcomes. \nSet and manage project milestones, celebrate wins, and address deviations. \nProvide insights from interactions and analytics. \nHighlight successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth. \nBuild strong relationships with technical stakeholders. \nAdvocate for customer needs within Checkmarx. \nConduct training sessions on new features and provide refreshers. \nQuantify and report the impact of Checkmarx solutions. \nProvide regular value metrics to technical decision-makers. \nIdentify and support expansion opportunities using success stories and ROI. \nStay updated on Checkmarx products and cloud security trends. \nContribute to newsletters and “what’s new” materials. \nProvide feedback on customer health signals. \nHelp evolve engagement strategies based on product signals.\nRequirements\nWhat is needed to succeed?\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. \n5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in the software or cybersecurity industry. \nDemonstrated success in guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization. \nExperience working with enterprise clients and managing complex technical relationships. \nTechnical Requirements\nProficiency with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including core services related to compute, networking, and security. \nUnderstanding of cloud-native security architectures and tools (e.g., IAM, KMS, VPC, Security Groups). \nStrong knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and DevSecOps practices. \nHands-on experience with application security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security. \nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and integrating security into pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). \nAbility to analyze customer usage data and product telemetry to identify trends and risks. \nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate value and insights. \nBasic scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and data handling. \nUnderstanding of REST APIs and experience with API-based integrations. \nFamiliarity with security standards and compliance frameworks (e.g., OWASP Top 10, NIST, ISO 27001). \nAbility to align product capabilities with customer compliance needs. \nIn-depth understanding of the Checkmarx platform and its ecosystem, including integrations with cloud providers and third-party tools. \nCommitment to continuous learning in cloud security trends and emerging technologies. \nWhat we have to offer\nCheckmarx offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, competitive compensation, great work-life balance, as well as great benefits and perks throughout the year.\nCheckmarx is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
