This role involves data management and coordination with internal teams to ensure all merchant accounts are properly registered and compliant with global payment network rules. Analyst I serves as SME in PCI DSS compliance and supports internal stakeholders on related queries. Analyst I is responsible for supporting the Persistent Merchant Monitoring process, review and clear or remediate G2 content alerts.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess End-to-end merchant registrations for schemes.\n\nData Validation: Review merchant documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission to the schemes.\n\nList terminated merchants on the VISA [VMSS] and Mastercard [MATCH].\n\nReporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to ensure data integrity and scheme requirements.\n\nPersistent Merchant Monitoring: Review and clear or remediate G2 content alerts\n\nMaintain reporting trackers, documentation, and standard operating procedures.\n\nAssist with ad-hoc analysis and management information requests.\n\nLearn and apply card scheme rules, internal controls, and compliance standards.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the team.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nGood numerical and data-handling skills.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups; pivots an advantage).\n\nAbility to follow processes and meet deadlines.\n\nWillingness to learn and develop within a regulated environment.\n\nStrong team player who collaborates effectively, communicates clearly and respectfully, fostering a trust-based and inclusive team environment.\n\nAdditional Information\nBring all of you to work\nWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.\nHere, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
