We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact. \nWith 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech - and we’re just getting started.\nWhat you will be doing:\nProvide exceptional customer experience by handling inquiries and issues from merchants via various channels (email, phone, chat)\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve merchant payment issues, technical challenges, and account-related concerns with a focus on timely and accurate resolutions.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams, including operations, product, and engineering, to address merchant concerns and drive issues to resolution..\n\nEducate merchants on platform features, payment processes, and best practices to optimise their experience.\n\nAssist in maintaining and improving merchant care support, contributing to the continuous enhancement of service delivery.\n\nShift Requirements & Schedule\nAs part of a seamless 24/7 Team, you will rotate through dedicated coverage windows-ranging from Early mornings to Night shifts, keeping our continuous operations running smoothly around the clock.\nAbout You:\n2+ years of experience in support or operations roles, preferably within a payments environment.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.\n\nProficient in one or more of the following: Configuration management, APIs, SQL, and log analysis tools such as Datadog.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.\n\nAbility to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.\n\nFamiliarity with payment processing systems, fintech platforms, or related technologies (preferred but not essential).\n\nProficiency in using customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and CRM tools.\n\nProven ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively across teams.\n\nAdditional Information\nBring all of you to work\nWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.\nHere, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
