You don’t need prior sales or payments experience; what you need is ambition, curiosity, resilience, and the drive to build relationships and solve complex problems.\nYou will join a global cohort of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) with structured learning, dedicated coaching from sales leaders, and real commercial responsibility from month one. Throughout the programme, you will master enterprise sales: researching strategic accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, conducting sharp discovery conversations, and building pipeline that drives real business growth.\nHigh performers transition into Sales, Account Management, and other commercial roles across the business.
