This is an early-career role for someone ready to operate independently with guidance - owning the day-to-day reliability, support, and continuous improvement of People Tech integrations rather than only handling basic break-fix work.\nYou'll partner closely with the People Team, Finance Technology and Global Corporate Technology teams to keep critical people data flowing accurately across Workday, our ERP, and other downstream platforms. You'll help ensure integrations are stable, well-documented, and scalable as our people processes evolve.\nHow You'll Make an Impact\nSupport the build, maintain, and enhance integrations between our Finance (ERP) and People (HCM) systems, including Workday, and the broader Checkout.com tech stack\n\nIndependently triage, diagnose, and resolve integration failures and data discrepancies within SLA, escalating when issues exceed defined complexity thresholds\n\nSupport with the development of Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio and Workday Orchestrate\n\nPartner with Finance and People stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, well-documented integrations\n\nSupport the data flows behind critical processes including Joiner/Mover/Leaver, payroll, vendor master, AP, and GL postings\n\nMonitor integration health, build alerting for failures, and proactively address recurring issues before they impact stakeholders\n\nSupport Workday and ERP release cycles through impact analysis, regression testing, and change management\n\nAuthor clear technical documentation, integration runbooks, and knowledge base entries to support the team and downstream users\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 1 year's experience in any integration or technical field with a desire to specialise in Workday integrations. Training will be provided for those who are less workday experienced.\n\nCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English, with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with finance and global technology teams\n\nExperience building integrations between platforms in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a track record of acting with urgency and ownership.\n\nExperience with Workday’s integration tooling (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Studio, Orchestrate)\n\nBasic knowledge of integration patterns and technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and middleware platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi)\n\nTooling Awareness: Expertise with market-leading Finance and People systems such as Workday, NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or ZIP\n\nCreative problem-solving skills with a strong customer service mindset, a positive can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop.
