Reporting to the Manager of Interchange and Automation Unit, you will be the analytical backbone of our commercial performance, executing the data workflows that ensure our global sales teams are incentivized correctly and our revenue insights are flawless.\nAt Checkout.com, \"high performance is a science, not an accident.\" In this role, you will be fully involved in Interchange definition, set up and investigation. You should be a problem-solver who loves digging into the numbers to find the truth and ensure that we are operating in the most accurate way possible.\nWhat you will be doing\nSupport the development and maintenance of interchange fee models by translating scheme rules and business requirements into clear mapping and configuration inputs.\n\nExecute reconciliations and analytical checks to validate data accuracy, identify variances, and support root-cause investigations.\n\nInvestigate operational issues across fee calculations, invoices, transaction data, and reporting, escalating material or complex issues with a clear analysis of the problem and recommended next steps.\n\nContribute to the implementation of scheme mandates and fee changes by coordinating inputs, tracking actions, and supporting timely and accurate deployment.\n\nMaintain and improve recurring data workflows, controls, and documentation, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.\n\nProduce regular management reporting and data visualisations, adapting the analysis and level of detail to the needs of different audiences.\n\nSupport testing and validation of automation, configuration, and data changes before they are introduced into operational processes.\n\nContribute to cross-functional projects that improve Cost of Sales operations, reconciliation, data quality, and operational efficiency.\n\nBuild knowledge of interchange operations and become a dependable point of contact for defined processes and recurring investigations.\n\nAbout you\nExperience: You have 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Revenue or Sales Operations, Finance, Cost of Sales, or a similarly analytical role in a fast-paced environment.\n\nQuantitative foundation: You have a qualification in Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nAnalytical problem-solving: You can work through large or imperfect datasets, identify anomalies, and explain the likely drivers of a variance clearly.\n\nTechnical capability: You are confident using Google Sheets or Excel, including complex formulas, data manipulation, and analysis. Experience with SQL, data visualisation, workflow tools, or automation is a plus.\n\nPayments knowledge: You have an interest in payments, card schemes, or financial operations.
