Reporting to the Americas Controller, you will be a strategic partner in our US expansion, overseeing the integrity of our financial controls and ensuring robust compliance with state and federal regulations. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical US GAAP expertise, leadership, and a 'hands-on' approach to building scalable financial processes. The ideal candidate will be someone that is self-motivated with excellent communication skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the preparation and ownership of entity-level management accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial data used for both internal decision-making and external reporting\n\nManage the oversight, preparation and timely submission of all required regulatory filings (quarterly and annual) as designated by the regulators\n\nDrive the regional financial audit process, serving as the liaison for external auditors to ensure timely audits\n\nPerform reconciliations to other regulatory and external filings\n\nBe the primary Accounting contact with US regulators\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Treasury and Compliance, to ensure the entities remain compliant with all regulations\n\nSkills & Experience:\n6+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, regulatory, and/or SEC reporting\n\nBachelor’s degree in accounting\n\nPublic accounting experience with Big 4 and holds an active CPA\n\nExpert-level knowledge of US GAAP and the ability to interpret and apply complex accounting standards\n\nExperience dealing with regulators in a senior management capacity\n\nDemonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and due diligence\n\nStrong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and build collaborative relationships\n\nKnowledge of IFRS would be a plus\n\nDirect experience with FinTech, Payments or Banking is highly preferred\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.\n\nAdditional Information\nBring all of you to work\nWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.\nHere, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
