Passion and enthusiasm will be key, driving forward new processes and procedures as we continue to scale.\nThe role also provides a great opportunity for progression and growth.\nWhat you will do:\nLead day-to-day workplace operations, ensuring the office is ready, safe, clean, well-stocked and welcoming for employees and visitors.\n\nDrive strategic change in region for the Workplace management area to ensure operational excellence.\n\nOversee facilities and space management, including maintenance, meeting rooms, desk allocation, access processes and workplace service requests.\n\nCoordinate office changes and projects, such as refurbishments, office moves, fit-outs and space improvements, from requirements and planning through delivery and follow-up.\n\nManage workplace suppliers and service partners: set clear expectations, monitor service levels, resolve issues and review performance.\n\nSupport procurement and financial control for workplace services, including quotations, purchase orders, invoice checks, and budget tracking, in line with company processes.\n\nDeliver a positive employee and visitor experience, including onboarding support, office orientation, local engagement activities and workplace communications.\n\nCoordinate local events and wellbeing initiatives, and adapt regional or global activities so they work well for the Mauritius office.\n\nPartner with Health & Safety on workplace safety, incident follow-up, inspections, emergency readiness and corrective actions; escalate risks promptly and track agreed actions to completion.\n\nMaintain practical workplace policies, playbooks, records and operating procedures so that services are consistent, auditable and easy to hand over.\n\nUse service requests, employee feedback, supplier data, event participation and workplace costs to identify trends and recommend improvements.\n\nBuild effective relationships with employees, leaders, landlords, contractors and internal partner teams, keeping stakeholders informed and following through on commitments.\n\nAbout You:\nDemonstrated experience in workplace experience, facilities, office operations, property services, hospitality or a related operational role.\n\nExperience coordinating suppliers, service delivery and operational projects, with a focus on quality, safety, timelines and cost.\n\nStrong organization and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage day-to-day needs while progressing longer-term improvements.\n\nA service-oriented approach and confidence engaging with employees, senior stakeholders and external partners.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, sound judgement and a practical, solutions-focused working style.\n\nComfort using operational records, budgets, feedback and service data to track performance and make recommendations.\n\nThe ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.\n\nHands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go above and beyond for the team\n\nAdditional Information\nBring all of you to work\nWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.\nHere, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
