You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of all due diligence processes, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, mentor, and develop the due diligence team, ensuring high standards of productivity, accuracy, and compliance.\n\nOversee and streamline due diligence procedures, identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices.\n\nAct as the escalation point for complex cases and guide team members in resolving challenging due diligence matters.\n\nMonitor team performance, set clear objectives, and provide regular feedback and coaching.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Operations, to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.\n\nPrepare and present reports on due diligence activities, trends, and risk insights to senior management.\n\nSupport ongoing training and development to keep the team updated on regulatory changes and evolving industry standards.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience in due diligence, financial compliance, or a related field, ideally with team leadership exposure.\n\nStrong understanding of relevant regulations and best practices in due diligence and AML (Anti-Money Laundering).\n\nExcellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.\n\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-team work.\n\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\n\nAbility to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic.\n\nAdditional Information\nBring all of you to work\nWe create the conditions for high performers to thrive, through real ownership, fewer blockers, and work that makes a difference from day one.\nHere, you’ll move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and be recognized for the impact you deliver.
