You'll partner closely with Marketing and Revenue, own our web brand standards, and bring a strong point of view on customer needs and business outcomes to every design decision.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign brand-forward web experiences that are polished, on-brand, and grounded in customer and business outcomes, across all marketing surfaces.\nOwn and evolve brand standards, guidelines, and design systems for web.\nScope design initiatives and prioritize work across multiple concurrent projects and timelines.\nPartner cross-functionally with Marketing and Revenue to maintain brand consistency across all web touchpoints.\nProvide creative direction and feedback to other designers on web/brand projects.\nPresent and advocate for design decisions clearly and persuasively, from peers to senior leadership.\nIdentify, hypothesize, and run ongoing user testing to evolve the web experience.\nGround design decisions in a deep understanding of customer personas and the end-to-end user experience.\nWhat you bring\n7+ years of in-house or agency experience on tech or B2B brands.\nAn outstanding portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography, layout, storytelling, and art direction.\nFluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus experience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate production.\nDeep knowledge of information architecture, usability, accessibility, and UI/UX best practices.\nA systems-minded approach to building templates and reusable assets other teams can rely on.\nExperience developing brand standards and directing contractor or freelance creative work.\nA strong point of view and high craft standards, with the confidence to present and defend your work to senior leadership.\nTrack record managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-moving, iterative environments where the brief isn't always perfect.\nAn A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.\nNice to have\nFront-end fluency (HTML/CSS), enough to prototype or QA your own work in-browser.\nIllustration, photography, or art direction experience.\nExperience in HR tech, trust and safety, or identity verification products.\nExperience mentoring or giving creative direction to other designers.\nPay Transparency Disclosure\nWe use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
