When something isn’t working right, you’ll turn a frustrating moment into a “wow, c’était facile!”\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport customers in French and English by phone, email, chat, and social media.\nTroubleshoot Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and app pairing so customers get back to cooking fast.\nLook up orders, inventory, and replacement parts, and make sure the right part goes to the right model every time.\nHandle warranty questions, returns, recalls, and terms of sale with care.\nKeep clean, detailed records of every interaction and own your follow-ups.\nShare what customers are telling us with our Software, Hardware, and Product Development teams.\nWhat you bring\nFluent spoken and written French and English. This is a must.\n2+ years of customer support experience, ideally technical support.\nA knack for connectivity troubleshooting. You know your way around Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and devices that won’t talk to each other.\nExperience in a CRM or ticketing system. Salesforce is a big plus.\nWorking knowledge of Windows, networking basics, PC hardware, and Microsoft Office.\nA sharp eye for detail. Model numbers and part numbers don’t trip you up.\nA friendly, upbeat way with people, even when a customer is having a rough day.\nYou can juggle a busy queue and still give every customer your full attention.\nA quiet home workspace and reliable internet for the remote period.\nWhy you’ll love it here\nYour languages matter.
