Operations Planning) process and is responsible for turning demand forecasts into realistic and executable supply plans.\nThis is a individual contributor role that requires strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to influence decisions across multiple teams.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nDevelops and manages effective supply plans.\nBalances customer demand, inventory, capacity, and supplier capabilities.\nIdentifies supply risks early and develops mitigation plans.\nMakes recommendations based on data and analysis.\nMaintains strong customer service levels while controlling inventory costs.\nWorks effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.\nDrives accountability and follow-through on supply issues.\nSupports efficient factory loading and capacity utilization.\nContinuously improves planning processes and tools.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupply Planning & SIOP\nDevelop supply plans for assigned product lines and suppliers.\nConvert demand forecasts into production and supply requirements.\nParticipate in monthly Supply Review and SIOP meetings.\nMonitor capacity, labor, material, and supplier constraints.\nDevelop action plans to address potential shortages or disruptions.\nMaintain planning assumptions and system parameters.\nCapacity Planning\nReview manufacturing and supplier capacity.\nCreate factory load plans and production balancing recommendations.\nIdentify bottlenecks and capacity constraints.\nPerform scenario planning to evaluate alternatives and support decision making.\nInventory Management\nManage inventory levels to support customer service and financial objectives.\nMaintain safety stock settings and planning parameters.\nReduce excess and obsolete inventory.\nImprove inventory turns and working capital performance.\nSupplier Management\nWork directly with suppliers and contract manufacturers.\nMonitor supplier capacity and delivery performance.\nSupport supplier improvement initiatives.\nEnsure continuity of supply.\nContinuous Improvement\nDevelop and maintain planning reports and metrics.\nImprove planning processes and systems.\nSupport automation and planning tool
