Team members are also expected to share in team activities, which include participation in meetings, giving and receiving feedback, sending, and reading e-mail, housekeeping, and safety activities.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMachine operation: set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient operation and production of high-quality products.\nPosition parts, actuate machine controls, and visually check work for properly riveted parts and obvious defects such as incorrect hole size, cracked rivets, stripped threads, or improper alignment.\nQuality control: inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring they meet company standards and specifications.\nReport any quality issues or faulty equipment, defective material and/or unusual conditions to the supervisor and assist in implementing corrective actions.\nProduction support: assist in maintaining an organized and clean production area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.\nLoad materials into machines and ensure an adequate supply throughout the production process.\nRecord production data, such as quantities, machine performance, and any issues encountered during production.\nSafety and compliance: follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
