You will work with Chemin's clients to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery and contribute to account growth through opportunities for recurring revenue.\nThis role is ideal for a hands-on mid-level manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.\nResponsibilities\nProject Delivery & Account Management\n Oversee all projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes \n Manage client relationships and support account growth \n Coordinate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment\nTeam Leadership & Performance\n Onboard, train, and guide Project Managers \n Inspire, motivate, and manage team performance \n Optimise resources to maximise delivery efficiency\nCulture & Performance\n Build and maintain a high-performance culture within Delivery \n Promote continuous learning, problem-solving, and innovation\nSupport career progression and development of team members\nStrategic Initiatives to Stabilize Projects in 30 days:\n Create and strengthen systems including workflows and processes \n Develop SOPs and tools to improve project stability \n Execute training for new initiatives\nRequirements\n4-7 years of experience in roles involvingoperational excellence and account/project management \nPreferably a minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience \nStrong Project Management skills with an understanding of how people management drives delivery success \nSelf-motivated, hands-on, and eager to continuously improve \nExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) \nAbility to pitch and report to Senior Leadership and stakeholders \nTeam player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude \nFamiliarity with G Suite, project management frameworks, or relevant tools is a bonus\nExperience in AI/data labeling projects is an added advantage\nMalaysian applicants or applicants based in Malaysia will be considered for a hybrid role\nApplicants based outside Malaysia are welcome for fully remote work arrangements; visa sponsorship is not available\nBenefits\nAI is reshaping the world of work and Chemin sits at the heart of that transformation.
