This role is a key member of the centralized Change Management Center of Excellence (CoE) and plays a critical role in enabling adoption, leader accountability, and value realization for Chemours’ highest-impact changes, including enterprise transformation and the Chemours Business System (CBS).\nThis position will be based at the Wilmington Office Building (Wilmington, DE) or a Chemours Site/Office Location and will report to the Director, Change Management.\nThe Change Manager - Transformational Change leads change strategy and execution for large-scale, highly complex initiatives that cut across businesses, functions, and geographies. This role partners closely with CET sponsors, senior leaders, and transformation teams to shape the change narrative, equip leaders to lead change, and ensure sustained adoption.\nThis role requires strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while influencing outcomes across a matrixed organization.\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nLead end-to-end change management strategy and execution for enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.\n\nPartner with senior leaders to define the change narrative, leader actions, and adoption strategy from early design through sustainment.\n\nConduct enterprise change impact, risk, and readiness assessments to inform prioritization and mitigation strategies.\n\nCollaborate with communications team on stakeholder communication needs and messaging.\n\nDevelop and deliver interventions for impacted stakeholders to support effective and sustained adoption of desired future state.\n\nProactively identify sources of resistance and work with leaders and stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation strategies.\n\nCoach leaders and project teams on effective change leadership behaviors and decision-making.\n\nMeasure adoption and effectiveness using outcome-based KPIs and translate insights into action.\n\nAlign change plans to enterprise standards, tools, and governance established by the Change Management CoE.\n\nThe following is required for this role:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.\n\n8+ years of experience leading change management for complex, enterprise-level initiatives.\n\nDemonstrated success partnering with senior leaders on large-scale transformations.\n\nStrong expertise in change management methodologies and applied enterprise change practices.\n\nThe following is preferred for this role:\nAdvanced degree (MBA, MS in Organizational Development, MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or similar).\n\nChange Certification (Prosci, CCMP, or similar).\n\nExperience supporting operating model, business system, or cultural transformations.\n\nExperience measuring change adoption and value realization.\n\nExperience working in industrial, manufacturing, or science-based organizations.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive Compensation\nComprehensive Benefits Packages\n401(k) Match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Program\nTuition Reimbursement\nCommuter Benefits\nLearning and Development Opportunities\nStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives\nCompany-paid Volunteer Day\nWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
