on-site technical support for users across multiple Chemours locations within the EMEA region, with key focus on local Site.\nDiagnose and resolves hardware, software, network, printing, mobile device, and collaboration technology issues.\nAct as a trusted advisor to employees by providing technical guidance and best-practice recommendations.\nAsset & Lifecycle Management\nManage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, inventory management, deployment, upgrades, repairs, returns, and end-of-life disposal.\nConfigure, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and associated software.\nMaintain inventory of spare equipment and coordinate timely replacement of defective devices.\nEnsure accurate asset tracking and compliance with company standards.\nCollaborate with HR to collect IT assets for leavers\nInfrastructure & Operational Support\nSupport local office IT infrastructure, including networks, printers, conference room technology, and connectivity services.\nAssist with the maintenance and troubleshooting of local server and networking equipment where required.\nProvide first-line support for Operational Technology (OT) environments and manufacturing network infrastructure in partnership with specialized teams.\nCoordinate with global IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.\nSite Support\nSAP Site Security leader\nProvide onboarding support to new joiners in the office\nSupport the Site with Physical security Badge system\nSupport Townhalls\nDocumentation & Process Improvement\nCreate, maintain, and improve technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.\nFollow established ITIL-based processes, corporate policies, security requirements, and support workflows.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.\nTraining & Customer Engagement\nDeliver end-user training on IT tools, collaboration platforms, cybersecurity awareness, and productivity solutions.\nSupport onboarding activities for new employees, including workstation setup and technology orientation.\nServe as a customer advocate to ensure user issues are resolved effectively and to a high level of satisfaction.\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n3+ years of experience in IT support, field services, desktop support, or a similar technical role.\nExperience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and end-user computing platforms.\nStrong troubleshooting skills covering hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work both independently and within a global team environment.\nFluent in English and Spanish.\nOffice based role\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft 365 services and platforms,
