This position will be available at the Chemours Discovery Hub, Newark, Delaware and report directly to the Northeast IT Leader.\nThis highly visible role supports a diverse range of technologies and projects critical to innovation and research. The specialist will partner with scientists, engineers, and business teams to deliver IT solutions that enable cutting-edge research and development.\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nSupport the entire PC lifecycle, including inventory, installation, deployment, break-fix, asset return, and end-of-life management.\n\nInstall, configure, and test computer software, applications, and upgrades on company-issued devices, including personal computers, tablets, virtual desktop clients, mobile devices, and network connections.\n\nProvide training to end-user support resources and employees on the use of technology, as appropriate.\n\nDevelop and maintain support technician documentation, tools, and processes.\n\nAdhere to established procedures, global policies, and process workflows across all support areas.\n\nServe as a customer advocate, ensuring user needs are understood, addressed, and resolved to satisfaction.\n\nManage and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams Rooms, Live Events, and Town Hall setups.\n\nPartner with scientists, engineers, and business teams in an R&D environment to enable research and innovation.\n\nPerform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, as needed.\n\nRole is required to be 100% on site/in person.\n\nThe following is required for this role:\nAssociate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n3+ years of direct IT support experience in a corporate or technical environment.\n\nStrong technical skills in supporting desktop/PC hardware, peripherals, and Microsoft 365/Office 365 Suite.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems, including Windows 10 and Windows 11.\n\nExcellent customer service, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nThe following is preferred for this role:\nDell Certified Support Technician or equivalent certification.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Office 365 services and tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Automate.\n\nExperience with Microsoft Teams Telephony and related Teams functions\n\nExperience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager/Intune or related endpoint management tools.\n\nExperience with endpoint security tools or Windows scripting languages such as PowerShell or Batch.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive Compensation\nComprehensive Benefits Packages\n401(k) Match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Program\nTuition Reimbursement\nCommuter Benefits\nLearning and Development Opportunities\nStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives\nCompany-paid Volunteer Day\nWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
