This position will be available at the Washington Works site in Washington, WV and report directly to the Site Maintenance and Reliability Manager.\nKey Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nAccountable for personal and process safety of shift teams; environmental performance of the maintenance team.\nEnsure maintenance teams support the production areas to meet uptime, quality, and cost goals.\nAccountable for the Organizational Health of the maintenance teams.\nAssign tasks and monitor quality of work by mechanics\nManage workflow of maintenance work to support the production areas\nFormally coach maintenance personnel to enhance personal and team growth.\nCommunicate to/with the operating areas (Maintenance Coordinators, Reliability Engineers and Area Production Leaders.\nFacilitate continuous improvement of maintenance plans and task list library by ensuring communication of learnings through appropriate shop paper documentation\nActive participant in the Area Reliability Team to ensure alignment of bad actors, potential equipment and facilities upgrade\nFollow Work Management Process through planning and scheduling in SAP-PM\nThe following isrequiredfor this role:\nMinimum of 4-years’ experience working in PSM High Hazard Operations\nMinimum of 4-years’ maintenance experience\nExperience as a detail supervisor or other supervisory position\nSAP PM experience\nMinimum 4 years mechanical industrial experience\nKnowledge and experience in reading pipe/P&ID drawings\nCandidates must be willing and able to wear required PPE; willing and able to be accessible off hours, weekends, holidays and on short notice as required. \nThe following ispreferred for this role:\nSix Sigma Greenbelt\nDemonstrated continuous improvement experience\nKnowledge of and experience with software tools as appropriate; Microsoft Office® (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint), Primavera®\nKnowledge of and experience with the Chemours Maintenance Work Management Process (WMP) to ensure efficient utilization of resources\nKnowledge of and experience with Predictive Maintenance techniques (examples- steam trap testing, oil analysis, etc.)\nPrevious leadership experience or detail supervision experience\nGood interpersonal and Conflict Resolution Skills with the ability to influence managers, peers, and Production and Maintenance teams\nBenefits:\nCompetitive Compensation\nComprehensive Benefits Packages\n401(k) Match\nTuition Reimbursement\nCommuter Benefits\nLearning and Development Opportunities\nStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives\nCompany-paid Volunteer Day\nWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
