Administerend-to-endprocessingforU.S.biweeklyandmonthlypayrollcycles,ensuringaccurateandtimelypayrolldelivery.
EnsurecompliancewithU.S.payrollregulationsandrequirementsforexemptandnon-exemptemployees,includingunionandnon-unionpopulations,garnishments,andbonusandseverancepaymentprocessing.
Assistintheresolutionofpayrollerrorsandsystemissuesbyanalyzingpayroll-relateddata,conductingresearch,andimplementingappropriatesolutions.
Identifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovementsandhelpdefineandimplementstandardsfornewpayrollprocesses.
MaintainU.S.payrollrecordsandfilesinaccordancewithcompanypoliciesandapplicablerecordretentionrequirements;supportresponsestointernalandexternalinformationrequestsasneeded.
Assistinthedevelopment,documentation,andcontinuousimprovementofU.S.payrollprocedures,guidelines,andstandardoperatingprocedures(SOPs).
Participateinperiodicreviewsandauditsofpayroll-relatedprocessestoensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandU.S.federal,state,andlocalpayrolllawsandregulations.
EstablishandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithFinance,Compensation,Benefits,HumanResources,andotherbusinesspartners;serveasaresourceforU.S.payroll-relatedinquiriesandrequests.
Supportpayrollcomplianceandcontrolactivities,includingSOXtestingandauditrequirements.
Processstockoptions,restrictedstockunits(RSUs),dividendequivalentunits(DEUs),andotherequity-relatedpayrolltransactionsasrequired.
Participateinpayrollsystemtestingactivities,includingupgrades,enhancements,patches,andimplementations.
Reviewpayrollauditreportsandexceptionreportstoensurepayrollaccuracyandcompliance.
ParticipateinallU.S.payrollyear-endactivities,includingW-2preparation,reconciliation,andregulatoryreporting.
Supportpayrolltax,compliance,reporting,andreconciliationactivitiesasneededtoensureaccuratepayrolladministration.
