This position will be available at the Chambers Works facility located in Deepwater, NJ and report directly to the Operations Manager.\nThe Production Maintenance Coordinator (PMC)/Field Contract Administrator (FCA) is responsible forcoordinating the production requirements with Operations, Maintenance,Engineering, and Contractoractivitieswhile ensuring safeand quality execution of workthrough field time.This role also optimizes total business costto ensure reliability and improve profitability through influential leadership and strong coordination of multiple teams to drive maintenance activities in the area(s).\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nAligns on schedule of maintenancework with ProductionSupervisor on day to dayresponsibilities and ProductionLeaderon long term and strategic production needs (ready to plan and ready to schedule work in SAP).\nAligns internal/external resources to prioritized maintenance scope of work required for safe and reliable operations.\nLeads team discussions on how to efficiently and effectively meet maintenance needs while considering operations input and coordinates expediting when needed.\nFinancially authorizes and releases work orders based on Production Leader’s strategic input.\nEnsures schedule and completionfor regulatory inspection, test, and restoration work as defined for the asset(s) - PM (preventative maintenance) work.\nCommunicates all aspects of phases of work - equipment readiness, job progressand maintenance completion, and return to operations to ensure alignment with Production Supervisor targets for week.\nAccountable to coordinate,plan,and schedule business unit turnaround (TAR) or shutdown work.\nLeads maintenance planning & scheduling meetings to ensure plan for maintenance is on target for execution, aligns with team if work not to be completed per plan.\nLeads scopeof work development, participate in package preparation processincluding site accessand permittingfor contractors, conduct pre-job meeting, pre-job inspections, provide acceptance of services or work completedthrough job tickets/SAPfor receipt of service, and document changes to contract or scope of work.\nLeads and ensures compliance with regulatory and Chemours safety requirements via auditing and post job evaluations. \nRequired Qualifications and Characteristics:\nHigh School diploma with craft or technical expertise.\nMinimum 2 years experience in coordination within a manufacturing (maintenance or operations) environment.\nEducation or equivalent, experience in the aspects of contracting, craft/technical expertise, construction management or engineering. \nDemonstrated or proficient knowledge with computer based skills.\nAbility to work in a High Hazard manufacturing environment that may include physical capabilities such as climbing stairs, ladders, and construction areas. \nDemonstrated ability to lead through influence, work on multiple tasks, setting and communicating priorities, and understanding business drivers. \nPreferred Qualifications and Characteristics:\nTechnical degree (2 year), or engineering degree preferred \nDemonstrated ability to work with different levels of the organization. \nPrevious Environmental, Health and Safety experience \nEffective oral and written communication skills with ability to present information to all levels in the organization and address external organizations. \nDemonstrated ability to develop and execute effective task planning. \nDemonstrated ability to work with various computer programs including the Microsoft Suite and purchasing systems, SAP experience is preferred.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive Compensation\nComprehensive Benefits Packages\n401(k) Match\nEmployee Stock Purchase Program\nTuition Reimbursement\nLearning and Development Opportunities\nStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives\nCompany-paid Volunteer Day\nWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
