This position will be available at the Kallo (Antwerp) siteand report directly to the TT EMEA Supply Chain Manager.\nAs a Supply Chain Logistics coordinator,you will hold responsibility for the overall day-to-day Ocean & Road logistic coordination covering the European, Middle East and African region. Arranging shipments, supervising execution, tracking performance and answering complaints for all the deliveries coming from our Kallo central warehouse and manufacturing sites located in the American continent, to our EMEA customers. All this coordination executed from our Kallos Belgium’s offices.\nPlease write job summary here\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nLogistic coordination for EMEA deliveries\nTrack and trace of ocean vessels &/or road deliveries to EMEA.\nEnsure proper bookings for ocean deliveries and keep communication with BDP, PLR team, customers excellence representative team and carriers when deviation versus services booked take place.\nMain contact for 3rd party custom broker and carriers’ coordination supplier, for all logistic arrangements for customer deliveries coming out Kallo and manufacturing sites directly to customers.\nManagement of the TMS system.\nAccountable for customer orders ocean and road shipping plan implementation & invoicing execution.\nResponsible for EMEA carriers’ performance tracking & review when linked to customer deliveries, looking for continuous improvement on DTP (delivery to promise) performance, freight control, special instructions follow up, reliability of service and expedite investigation of customers complaints.\nSupport with reporting status of customer order sales delivery execution in time to the entire SC team (including on time sales recognition)\nSupport regular update of carrier lead-times for ocean indent orders & truck deliveries, coming from road deliveries and Kallo ocean outbound orders. \nCapability to support and handle ocean logistic coordination, focus on Kallo and UK inbound restock management. \nCollaborate with Chemours internal departments (planning, customer service, regulatory, procurement and logistics, product management, technical…) on the operations day-to-day challenges and long-term opportunities\nPrioritize shipments while balancing loading site and carrier capacity vs acceptable delivery according to customer segmentation and sales.\nLogistics execution cost control.\nResponsible for carriers cost performance control based on annual rates freight contracted.\nSupport cost control for 3PL operation when an Ocean or road deliveries are involved.\nTrack and control of detention and demurrage expenses, and/or any other extra cost related to the ocean container handling when serving an ocean customer delivery.\nResponsible for the maximization of the re-utilization of ocean inbound containers for outbound ocean shipments. \nPerformed analytical & statistical skills to maintain the EMEA Monthly Regional cost analysis.\nFinish Product Distribution Expenses\nWarehousing Expenses\nParticipation in logistics carrier tender raised by the Chemours’ PLR team for the annual selection of ocean carrier’s portfolio and ocean freight rate setting.\nOcean logistic level of service control and customers complaint management\nAccountable to assign non-conformities related Logistics operations or inbound ocean deliveries to the appropriate investigation party and to align with the customer service team and/or operations team to establish an effective preventive and corrective action plan.\nExpedite carrier’s investigation resolutions when gaps versus agreed service without sacrificing the quality or potential effectiveness of the root cause failure analyses.\nResponsible from the TT BU to see improvements actions from ocean carriers been implemented in time and manner.\nContinuous improvement\nIdentify and support improvement opportunities related to WH operations for containers consolidation, containers lashing & securing and ocean logistics\nDigitalization of operational processes\nAnalyzing carrier performance on a monthly/quarterly basis by creating a TT Dashboard.\nUsing the TT Dashboard to improve FPDE and give strategical feedback to carriers.\nDriving continuous improvement to regional CQSI metrics.\nIdentify and support improvement opportunities related to logistics.\nStrong networking is needed with Chemours global Ocean team and production sites (US & MX)\nCommunication\nCollaborate with Chemours internal departments (planning, commercial, customer service, procurement and logistics,…) and warehouse provider on the operations day-to-day challenges and long-term opportunities.\nStrong conversation management with a focus on issue resolution.\nManage discussions with third party suppliers driving improvement in service.\nThe following is required for this role:\nSupply Chain knowledge\nBasic Logistics management knowledge (safety, DTP, compliance with ETA, bookings, ocean shipments tracking, etc)\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent communication skills\nAccurate worker\nMin. 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain / Logistics position\nVery good knowledge of Dutch and English\nIn possession of a driver’s license\nSkilled in Excell and data analytical skills\nAgile, flexible, organizer (self-managing), strong problem solver skills, stress resistant.\nTeam player\nThe following is preferred for this role:\nMaster degree in Engineering / Commercial Engineering preferred or similar\nLogistics management knowledge (Ocean and road transportation)\nOcean Port operations moderate knowledge\nExperience/knowledge of how to manage third party suppliers communication for Ocean topics interactions.\nExperience/knowledge about Kallo’s por operation is a plus\nKnowledge of SAP and/or
