This position will be available at the Gijón, Asturias office and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Vice President. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in the office.\nAs a Talent Acquisition Partner at Chemours, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across EMEA. While the primary focus of this role is EMEA recruitment, the scope may expand in the future to include support for APAC hiring activities as the organization and Talent Acquisition function continue to evolve.\nThe responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nLead full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding, for positions across EMEA. Future responsibilities may expand to include support for APAC recruitment activities based on business needs and organizational priorities.\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.\nBuild and maintain strong, consultative relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, advising on talent market trends and best practices.\nProactively source top-tier candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, additional job boards, and a variety of direct sourcing techniques to ensure a robust talent pipeline.\nEnsure rigorous assessment, selection, and evaluation processes for talent, emphasizing role requirements, cultural fit, and potential for impact.\nManage and track candidate progress through the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining accurate and compliant records from initial engagement through offer acceptance.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and global employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.\nParticipate in special projects and programs related to talent acquisition, including talent mapping, workforce planning, and other enhancements.\nStay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to proactively address talent challenges and opportunities.\nThe following is required for this role:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.\n4+ years of experience in talent acquisition\nProven track record managing complex searches across EMEA.\nExceptional English language proficiency (verbal and written).\nDemonstrated ability to advise, influence, and collaborate with senior business leaders.\nExtensive hands-on experience with search and sourcing tools, talent mapping and market intelligence platforms.\nStrong business acumen, organizational savvy and a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.\nExperience managing and negotiating management level offers, hiring processes and onboarding.\nThe following is preferred for this role:\nDutch language\nExposure to global recruitment practices, including APAC\nExperience with Workday or similar ATS platforms supporting executive or global recruitment.\nBackground in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sector.\nExperience on leadership or specialized recruitment\nDeep knowledge of total compensation offerings, assessment methodologies, and leadership evaluation frameworks.\nExperience supporting diversity and inclusion in recruitment and succession planning.\nundefined\nBenefits:\nCompetitive Compensation\nComprehensive Benefits Packages\nEmployee Stock Purchase Program\nTuition Reimbursement\nLearning and Development Opportunities\nStrong Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives\nCompany-paid Volunteer Day\nWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
