The role contributes to maintaining strong cash flow, minimizing overdue balances, and ensuring accurate financial records through collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the management of customer receivables to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances \nPerform collection activities and maintain communication with customers regarding payments \nMonitor Accounts Receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices \nProcess and apply incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner \nInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and unidentified receipts \nSupport resolution of customer disputes related to invoices or payments \nCollaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve account issues \nMaintain accurate documentation of transactions and collection activities \nContribute to month-end closing activities and financial reporting related to Accounts Receivable \nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls\nQualifications\nTo be successful in the role, you will need:\n Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nExperience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, or similar finance functions\nDemonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English; additional languages are an advantage\n Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment\nExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools\nWe offer:\nFlexible work arrangement with the benefit of 1 extra day off annually (December 31)\nProfessional development opportunities: on-site training, language courses, Educational Assistance Program\nComprehensive benefits package: Multisport cards, Cafeteria Plan, Lunch Card (450 PLN)\nMonetary benefits: referral bonus, seniority rewards, employee discount program\nHealth and wellness benefits: medical care (including dental plan), group life insurance\nAccess to legal, financial, and psychological support services\nInclusive workplace culture promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion\nModern office space in central Warsaw with panoramic city views\nVibrant atmosphere and strong leadership within a growing, dynamic organization\nBruker is an equal opportunity employer.
