manufacturing design.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Functions:\nCommon Specification Ownership\nAnalyze and interpret Samsung and SK hynix Common Specification, RFQs and purchase specifications related Common Specification requirements\nTrack specification changes; Engineering Change Requests, revisions, addenda\nBreak down customer requirements into structured internal requirement items\nCross-Functional Technical Leadership\nAct as the technical communication hub between Korea local engineers and HQ teams; Product Managers and Engineering\nTranslate customer requirements into design, development, and verification items\nCoordinate requirements related to 8C, Hardware, Software, Safety, EHS, Reliability, and X-Ray Certification\nCommon SpecificationCompliance Management\nPerform gap analysis to assess equipment compliance with Common Specification.\nDefine action plans and manage schedules to close identified gaps.\nEnsure specification compliance throughout factory acceptance testing, site acceptance testing, and certification phases\nCustomer Technical Interface\nLead or play a key role in Common Specification meetings with Samsung and SK hynix\nRespond to inquiries, audits, and technical reviews\nPrepare documentation and provide fact-based, logical explanations to build customer confidence\nDocumentation and Process Control\nDevelop and maintain specification response matrices, compliance tables, and risk lists\nEstablish and improve workflows for Common Specification response\nAccumulate and institutionalize knowledge for future projects and equipment platforms\nQualifications\nKnowledge, Skill, and Abilities:\nStrong ability to structure and logically analyze complex Common Specification\nCapability to align customer requirements with internal technical realities \nBalanced profile combining engineering depth and project management mindset\nStrong verbal and written English skills \nStrong documentation and reporting skills\nEducational/ Experience Requirements:\nBS or above degree in electronic engineering, physics or any related in semiconductor \n7+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry\nDirect experience responding to Samsung Common Specifications\nEngineer Electricity certificate is highly
