The candidate must have good customer skills. The ability to travel, make travel arrangements, scheduling calls with customer and make decisions on repairs.\nResponsibilities\nProvide phone and e-mail support to both customers and Bruker personnel.\nIssuing RMA numbers to customers.\nLogging and updating RMA in SAP \nContact the customers to inform them of the status of their repair.\nIn-house repair of Spectrometer and accessories.\nMaintains and updates customer data in SAP.\nAssists in tasks related to ISO.\nEnsures customer satisfaction by on time response to customer requests.\nMust keep certifications current. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between 71,000 USD and 113,000 USD and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
