molecular diagnostics.\nPlease visit www.bruker.com\n職務内容\nAs a Field Service Engineer, your responsibilities include, but not limited to:\nInstall, troubleshoot and maintain Mass spec products included software.\nIdentifies, analyzes and repairs product failures, orders replacement parts as required.\nProvide basic operation & maintenance training to customers when required.\nResolve customer issues with hardware and software.\nEnsure customer satisfaction is maintained.\nEscalate technical issues to factories as needed.\nEscalate customer issues to appropriate managers.\nWork closely with sales and application to provide service perspective to ensure continued growth and profitability of the businesses.\n必要条件\nTo be successful for this position, you will need:\nBachelor’s degree in Chemistry\nRelevant experience in Field Service and/or Customer Service
