SSNMR Service Engineer

The SSNMR Service engineer are responsible to perform installation and service for Bruker NMR products, especially in solid state NMR and Micro-imaging products.

Responsibilities

To carry out installation and service of basic and special solid state NMR products, such as DNP,Micro-imaging and diffusion systems.To give support by telephone, E-Mail or TeamViewer in case of technical question or problems.To document all repair works in a good behavior.To undertake any other duties related to product service, maintenance, and installation.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctor's degree in Electrochemistry, Materials Chemistry, Applied Physics or similar fields.Have much experience of SSNMR. Preferred rich experience of SSNMR in advanced and new research regions, such as DNP and special SSNMR products applied in research of electrochemistry and material chemistry regions.Good command of computer skills. Familiar with the Windows/Linux operation system as well as common office software.Good English skills in reading, writing and communication, CET6 preferred.With habits of work and learning summarizing.Team working spirit and effective communication. Able to work effectively and efficiently without supervision.Base can be in Hefei, Wuhan, Beijing or Shanghai City.
