The Chemical Operator is an integral part of our production team and will be responsible for the overall chemical production process. This will include weighing, mixing chemical ingredients, monitoring equipment and the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be attentive, knowledgeable, and have a desire to work with other production team members to develop the best processes and products.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform chemical manufacturing operations in safe and effective manner.\nRecording information, such as ingredients, weights, and temperature, and inputting into database.\nMonitor and control pressure and temperature of chemical process equipment.\nOperate plant equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nHandle, transport and process chemicals safely.\nDocument plant processes and record production data.\nOperation of tank truck and railcar vessel opening, loading and unloading of product, operation of pumps, piping and valves. \nTroubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes.\nPlant inventory record keeping.\nOperation of the following mobile equipment: Backhoe, Trackmobile, Forklifts, and other mobile equipment.\nDaily plant upkeep and daily maintenance.
