By putting people at the center of our operations, we build strong connections, nurture innovation, and create fulfilling work experiences for all.\nAbout This Role and You\nMaintenance Mechanics at our Richmond, CA sulphuric acid production facility are responsible for but are not limited to maintaining, rebuilding, repair, and the preventative maintenance of all plant operating equipment and facility buildings and grounds safely and in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures.\nQualifications\n3 plus years of relevant maintenance experience in industrial or chemical environment highly preferred.\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\nAbility to use computer effectively, Microsoft programs, maintenance management system, e-mail, etc.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, manufacturer’s literature, diagrams or schematics.\nAbility to work off-shift requirements including: periodic emergency call out during off shift, including weekends and holidays.\nMust be capable of performing tasks in all-weather and at times, height while wearing personal protective equipment.\nMedical Requirement\nChemtrade is committed to the safety and health of its employees and the public.
