We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.\nResponsibilities\nStrategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement \nLead stakeholder communications planning and outreach activities for enterprise initiatives and tool deployments across multiple programs and teams \nDevelop audience-focused messaging for end users, operational teams, and leadership \nMonitor feedback and respond to inquiries across internal communications channels \nVisual Design & Content Development \nDevelop, update, organize, and maintain communications materials and content assets, including messaging, web content, presentations, briefing materials, flyers, and leadership talking points \nCreate and adapt visual communication assets, including graphics, branded materials, and presentation visuals \nDesign and format communications content for SharePoint and internal communications channels \nTranslate complex information into clear, visually engaging communication materials \nDigital Channels & SharePoint Management \nOwn and maintain enterprise communications channels, including SharePoint sites and related digital platforms \nMaintain structured content libraries and reusable communications resources to support ongoing and future initiatives. \nOther duties as assigned \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in human communications, business administration, public relations, or related field \n7 years of relevant experience \nProficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word. \nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite \nStrong coordination, facilitation, and organizational skills \nAbility to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging \nActive Secret clearance \nExperience working in federal human capital management organizations \nSuccessfully pass background and drug screening \nTeleworking Details\nHybrid - 50+% onsite workEstimated Salary/Wage\nUSD $110,000.00/Yr.
