This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and client representatives to support mission-critical operations.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.\nAttend client meetings and provide facility-related updates and recommendations.\nCoordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, landscaping, and janitorial services performed by technicians, contractors, and vendors.\nReview work orders to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of assigned tasks.\nConduct facility inspections and prepare related reports.\nCoordinate office moves, facility modifications, and workplace reconfiguration activities.\nObtain and evaluate cost proposals for materials, services, and project labor.\nManage capital improvement projects from planning through completion.\nPrepare and monitor operating and capital budgets and analyze budget variances.\nManage vendor performance and ensure compliance with established service standards.\nTrain vendors on work order management and billing procedures.\nReview and approve invoices and ensure accurate cost center coding.\nConduct financial and operational analyses and prepare management reports.\nProvide leadershipand guidance to employees within assigned functional areas.\nOversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal facility performance.\nManage sustainability and recycling initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and operational requirements.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field; and four years of experience in facilities management, building operations, property management; OR\n8 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, property management, or a related field.\nExperience coordinating vendors, contractors, and maintenance activities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.\nAbility to effectively interact with customers, employees, contractors, and senior leadership.\nExperience managing budgets and performing financial analysis.\nActive Top Secret clearance.\nSuccessfully pass background and drug screening\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior supervisory or management experience.\nFacility Management certification (CFM, FMP, or equivalent).\nExperience supporting government or commercial facilities operations.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nKnowledge of building operations and maintenance principles.\nUnderstanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.\nStrong customer service and relationship management skills.\nAbility to interpret operational data and make sound business decisions.\nProficiency with facility management systems, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting tools.\nPhysical Demands:\n(The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
