Will seek concurrence from senior facility operations specialists to ensure services rendered are within the O&M policy. \nResponsible work order submissions have been processed and ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner. Ensure work orders are checked monthly to verify the metrics meet our O&M parameters. Become proficient utilizing the facility integration tool for submitting service requests. Obtain monthly metrics from the program for executive reporting on service order completion rates. \nResponsible for facility inspections, to include quality assurance on preventive maintenance inspections, and reports. Report any anomalies to the Supervisory Facility Operations Specialists. \nCoordinates and manages moves, additions and change activities. Works closely with Space Management to ensure employees have designated seating. Work with senior facility operations specialists and understand the process of Space Management. \nResponsible to obtain proposals from vendors for the procurement of parts, service, and labor for projects. Once services are completed ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time. Work with senior facility operations specialists to understand the process.\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum of one year of related experience. \nMinimum of one year of completion towards associate degree. \nActive TS/SCI clearance. \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. \nAbility to effectively present information.
