data technology capabilities, to ensure functional optimization in their business.\nThe Intermediate Project Manager provides the program management and technical direction of major programs or projects and ensures compliance with laws governing federal IT management and standards.\nResponsibilities\nWork directly with the Government Task Manager (GTM) and Program Manager regarding new project assignments and planning. \nAssist in the management of all operational aspects of Program Activity including cost management, schedule management, data management, proposal activity, and other related program activities.\nUtilize ITIL v3, PMBOK, and other industry-recognized methods in the management of the program.\nServe as a principal liaison with current and prospective program customers.\nPlan, schedule, organize, and administer program tasks, budgets, and schedules.\nTrack program against schedule, budget, and phase review objectives, reporting status to supervisor regularly and executive staff as needed and/or requested.\nDevelop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.\nEstablish and manage customer relationships.\nInvestigate and adjust personnel problems among program team members. \nRecommend and/or lead new processes where needed to improve quality or on-time delivery.\nGenerate various reports/deliverables including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.\nCommit to the organization and shall be responsible for all activities and deliverables under this contract.\nPlan, organize, direct, and guide the activities of team members.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree related to Information Technology field of study, in addition to required experience below, OR 6+ years of experience in managing IT projects in lieu of degree\n4+ years of experience coordinating and/or supporting IT business processes. \nExperience in Azure Dev Ops and Project Boards\nDemonstrated experience in Microsoft 365\nCurrent PMP certification OR ability to obtain PMP certification within 6 months of hire. \nBackground check with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust required.\nSuccessfully pass background and drug screening.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nScrum Master and Agile experience (preferred)\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nExcellent organizational, presentation, communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to discuss contractual obligations with the COR.\nAbility to identify and solve project issues efficiently and effectively.\nAbility to define requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment.\nAbility to define and schedule project/program
