- Develop recurring-revenue opportunities through training, maintenance, support, upgrades, and related service offerings.
- Ensure product plans account for customer requirements, cybersecurity expectations, applicable regulations, export considerations, documentation needs, and lifecycle support.
- Coordinate proposal strategy, product messaging, customer presentations, and technical inputs needed to pursue qualified opportunities.
- Establish and maintain product-line policies, standard operating practices, sales tools, pricing guidance, and performance dashboards.
- Represent the MicroSearch business line in internal planning, customer, reseller, and executive-review meetings.
- Demonstrated leadership, excellent oral and written communication skills, sound financial judgment, a commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action principles, and the ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in an uncertain environment.
- Directly supervise the Project Engineer and Regional Sales Manager. Direct the performance of part time and consultant personnel.
