CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace.\nThe Program Manager leads Contractor personnel and manages task execution from planning through completion while ensuring performance aligns with schedule, budget, quality, and customer expectations.\nResponsibilities\nPlan, execute, and monitor tasks from inception through completion.\nManage Contractor staffing, work assignments, schedules, and day-to-day supervision.\nEnsure adherence to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\nApply Quality Management System principles and maintain alignment with ISO 9001 standards.\nIdentify program and task risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define objectives and deliverables.\nLead continuous service delivery improvement efforts to increase efficiency and performance.\nReview work discrepancies and communicate organizational policies, purposes, and goals.\nPromote innovation and sound risk management across program operations.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMaster’s degree in related field or 12+ years experience.\n8+ specific years’ experience as a Program Manager.\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\nSecret clearance required.\nSuccessfully pass background and drug screening\nHow you’ll grow\nAt Chenega MIOS, our professional development plan focuses on helping our team members at every level of their careers to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
