We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee’s knowledge, critical thinking, and determination to innovate scalable solutions for our clients.\nResponsibilities\nPlan estimated hosting needs in terms of processing power, storage, back-up, recovery, network, security, and various other infrastructure-related requirements analysis;\nCoordinate with OCIO, partner, and customer staff to develop these analyses;\nProvide technology expertise;\nProvide technology requirements analysis and alternatives documentation to support planning and development of requirements;\nEvaluation criteria recommendations;\nCollect and document current operational environment technical and procedural \nParticipate in the development of future operational environment technical and procedural standards (this does not include policy development or approval).\nProvide project management support for current customer implementations;\nUtilize project management and operations expertise to do detailed project planning;\nProvide technical expertise for Oracle Federal Financials (OFF) and related financial management and procurement systems hosting support;\nUtilize detailed knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to provide expert technical and project management recommendations to support customer implementations;\nDocument demonstrated lead times, resource requirements, and costs to support key tasks and activities;\nEnsure integration of DOI SLMF processes and deliverables for projects within the OCIO;\nAssistance with formulation, updating, and baseline of Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) project schedules;\nIdentify project issues, manage issues, and track to resolution or escalation;\nImplementation, installation planning, execution and roll-out;\nFacilitate the development of a solutions architecture and operational support plan;\nIncorporation of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes within project delivery cycles;\nRisk management\nSystems Performance planning and monitoring\nQuality reviews\nTest planning and execution management\nPerform Project Management Institute (PMI) project control and reporting which includes assistance with budget reporting and earned value management (EVM) when \nFacilitate root cause analysis and “Red Team” review meetings\nFacilitate the capturing and documenting of “lessons-learned” creation and facilitation\nMust work effectively with the OCIO Chief Management Office to develop and comply with standard processes and \nAnalyze long-term best-approach for hosting of customer applications including analyses for tech refresh, customer application growth (user, processing power, functionality, storage, );\nPerform alternatives analysis to determine most advantageous approach for long-range hosting needs;\nTechnology requirements analysis and alternatives documentation tasks;\nOperational support and integration service requirements forecasting \nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field, Master’s Degree is preferred (At least 10 years of experience in IT systems integration and project management may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree) \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required \nITIL Foundation Certification required \nAt least 5 years’ experience in Project Management required \nDemonstrated experience working with IT infrastructure and data center hosting and management in a hybrid legacy environment required \nDemonstrated experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. At least ten years’ experience with Oracle E-Business Suite required \nKnowledge, expertise and proven experience in assisting large, complex organizations in the adoption and transition to an ITSM model for the delivery of IT services \nDemonstrated experience and capabilities in high level report writing and oral presentations for executive level management \nFunctional knowledge of networking/data communications including knowledge of, and ability to apply secure data communications solutions, including OMB mandated Trusted Internet Connection (TIC) and virtual private networks/secure encrypted tunnels \nDemonstrated experience implementing system and end-user authentication standards in an operational environment, including LDAP, and SAML 2.0 standards Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nFamiliarity with Microsoft (MS)-Office automation products, including MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Project \nKnowledge of technical and functional requirements analysis and management \nAbility to constructively and collaboratively maintain project scope and change control \nAbility to work collaboratively in an environment with developing and often conflicting standards and documentation \nAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship\nMust be able to pass the Public Trust Government background investigation\nStrong communication skills (both written and oral)\nStrong troubleshooting skills\nAbility to work closely with a small team\nAbility to work in a high stress environment\nEstimated Salary/Wage\nUSD $95,000.00/Yr.
