resources. \nThis position is offering a referral and new hire bonus of $1,500 after a successful completion of 90 calendar days with no write ups! ** \nResponsibilities\nPerform unarmed security services in accordance with established policies and procedures. \nConduct interior, exterior, and perimeter patrols to identify and deter security threats and suspicious activity. \nMonitor and control access to facilities, personnel, visitors, and contractors. \nPerform visitor screening and access control functions. \nMonitor security alarms, emergency notification systems, and surveillance equipment. \nOperate and monitor Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems. \nIdentify and report security hardware deficiencies, including broken locks, doors, cameras, alarms, and communication equipment. \nSupport force protection and physical security initiatives. \nConduct security screenings utilizing handheld screening devices and walk-through metal detectors. \nRespond to emergencies and provide assessment, assistance, and incident coordination as required. \nMaintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and inspection documentation. \nObserve, document, and report suspicious activities, violations, and security concerns. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. \nMinimum of two (2) years of relevant security experience. \nMust successfully meet U.S. Army Physical Agility Test (PAT) standards. \nMust successfully pass a medical examination in accordance with AR 190-56 standards. \nAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. \nAbility to read, interpret, and apply written policies, procedures, and detailed instructions. \nAbility to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports. \nAbility to interact professionally with the public, employees, contractors, and government personnel. \nCertified to carry oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray. \nPossess a current Alabama Security Guard License. \nAbility to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. \nMust successfully pass all required background screening requirements. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting Department of Defense or federal government facilities. \nPrior military, law enforcement, or force protection experience. \nExperience conducting access control, patrol operations, and security screenings. \nExperience monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, or security technologies. \nExperience responding to emergencies and security incidents. \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nKnowledge of physical security principles, force protection requirements, and access control procedures. \nKnowledge of Department of Defense security operations and security best practices. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to maintain accurate logs, reports, and operational documentation. \nStrong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to recognize and respond to security concerns and emergencies. \nAbility to interact professionally with visitors, contractors, employees, and government personnel. \nAbility to follow policies, procedures, and operational directives. \nCommitment to
