Working in collaboration with other assembly line operators, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.\nShift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday 6:00PM-4:45AM).\nStarting pay rate: $18.30 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential.\nMajor/Key Accountabilities:\nAssembly and Reassembly:\nExecute the disassembly and/or reassembly of either top or bottom components of pallets with precision.\nCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of parts.\nMonitor and adjust assembly processes to maintain optimal efficiency.\nQuality Control:\nFollow specified quality standards and guidelines set by the company.\nEnsure the integrity of assembled pallet components.\nReport any defects or deviations from quality standards promptly.\nSafety and Compliance:\nAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment, following company safety standards.\nReport any safety hazards or concerns immediately.\nCollaboration:\nWork closely and harmoniously with other assembly line operators.\nCommunicate effectively to ensure smooth transitions between assembly and reassembly processes.\nCollaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.\nCollaboration:\nDemonstrate flexibility by being able to switch between top and bottom component assembly as required.\nAdapt to changes in assembly line processes or assignments.\nMeasure:\nDaily Production Metrics\nKey Contacts:\nOperations Supervisor\nShift Leads\nPallet Repair Operators\nSorters\nForklift Operators\nEssential Qualifications/Experience:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred\nFamiliarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail gun, or other relevant tools and equipment\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\nThe ability to understand and communicate information is also essential.\nAbility to work collaboratively with others.\nAbility to work flexible in an ever-changing environment.\nProven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing setting.\nPrevious experience following quality control procedures.\nExcellent communication skills.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis role involves standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive motion.
