In return, we want you to be hands-on, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities May Include:\nPallet Repair:\nFollow repair guidelines to execute the full repair of all components of a pallet including but not limited to removal and replacement of defective boards. \nEfficiency and Productivity:\nStrive to meet daily production targets. \nDrag/Pull pallets frequently - approximately 75lbs. \nUtilize nail gun frequently- approximately 35lbs.\nQuality Control:\nConduct visual inspections to identify any defects or irregularities in pallet construction. \nEnsure adherence to repair guidelines and quality standards throughout the process. \nSafety and Compliance:\nAdhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery. \nWear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment daily \nReport any safety hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately.\nCHEP is a global leader in managing approximately 300 million pallets, crates and containers safely and efficiently.
