And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.\nJob Description\nKey responsibilities May Include:\nLead the detailed design of end-to-end processes within the assigned process area, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and global standards.\nTranslate strategic process direction into clear business requirements, process flows, and solution inputs that enable effective delivery.\nPartner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, data teams, and implementation partners to ensure process, data, and system requirements are integrated.\nDrive process harmonisation by challenging unnecessary local variation and promoting scalable, consistent ways of working.\nValidate solution designs against business requirements, process standards, data integrity needs, and reporting requirements.\nFacilitate workshops and decision forums that build stakeholder alignment, resolve design issues, and support informed decision-making.\nOversee testing activities for the assigned process area, ensuring defects are identified, resolved, and validated against business needs.\nEnable successful adoption and continuous improvement through support for change management, training, go-live readiness, and post-implementation optimisation.\nYou're an experienced data management leader who understands that successful transformation starts with trusted, well-governed data. You'll have the opportunity to drive lasting organisational impact through improved data quality, governance and accountability.\nRole Specific Accountabilities\nLead the design and implementation of global master data management practices across the organisation.\nAct as the bridge between business process teams, data governance functions and ERP transformation programmes.\nEstablish clear ownership, governance and accountability frameworks for enterprise master data.\nShape the data foundations required for a major ERP transformation programme.\nInfluence senior stakeholders globally to align on common standards, controls and ways of working.\nDrive improvements in data quality, consistency and governance maturity across multiple business functions.\nTranslate the global process vision into detailed end-to-end process and data designs.\nLead process harmonisation activities across regions, functions and business units.\nOwn process requirements and functional designs supporting SAP ERP implementation.\nEnsure effective integration across adjacent process towers and business capabilities.\nDefine master data requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise data standards and MDM frameworks.\nMap business processes to data ownership, governance controls and critical data dependencies.\nAct as the primary process tower interface with the System Integrator during design and deployment.\nLead process testing activities, defect management and user acceptance sign-off.\nSupport business readiness, change management and training activities.\nPartner with Global Process Owners and transformation leaders to drive continuous improvement beyond go-live.\nSupport ERP programme readiness by ensuring processes and data structures are aligned ahead of implementation.\nDefine and implement global master data standards, policies and workflows.\nEstablish governance frameworks that align data management with ERP processes.\nEnsure data consistency, integrity and control across multiple process towers.\nDrive stronger accountability, stewardship and ownership models across the business.\nPrevent data issues at source through effective governance, standards and controls.\nChampion data quality and governance best practices across the organisation.\nExperience\nSignificant experience leading Master Data Management (MDM), Enterprise Data Management or Data Governance initiatives within large, complex organisations.\nProven experience translating business processes into master data requirements, governance models and ownership frameworks.\nExperience supporting or delivering large-scale ERP transformation programmes.\nStrong background working across multiple stakeholder groups, influencing without direct authority.\nDemonstrated success establishing data governance frameworks, standards and controls.\nExperience operating as a senior individual contributor, Director-level or equivalent leadership capacity.\nConsulting and transformation experience would be highly advantageous.\nSkills\nDeep expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance and Enterprise Data Management, including data quality, stewardship and ownership frameworks.\nStrong understanding of business process design, with the ability to translate process requirements into scalable data standards, controls and governance models.\nExperience delivering within large ERP and transformation programmes, ideally involving SAP S/4HANA, Oracle or similar enterprise platforms.\nExceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment across global teams, functions and senior leadership groups.\nA pragmatic, hands-on approach, balancing strategic thinking with execution and delivery.\nQualifications\nDegree in Information Management, Business, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.\nRelevant Data Management, Governance or ERP certifications are advantageous.\nDAMA, SAP, Oracle or equivalent professional certifications preferred.\nRemote Type\nHybrid RemoteSkills to succeed in the role\nChange Leadership, Coaching, Cross-Functional Work, Disruptive Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Feedback, Inclusive Leadership, Influencing, Leading Customer Centric Teams, Mentorship, Prioritization, Strategic ThinkingWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we are committed to developing a diverse workforce in which everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing his or her potential.
