And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities May Include:\nOversee the execution of order processing to ensure on-time deliveries to customers and monitor logistics performance.\nManage dedicated fleets and transportation routes, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and minimizing disruptions.\nServe as a key point of contact for customers, addressing queries, managing urgent requests, and resolving logistics-related issues in real-time.\nSupport central teams in managing and resolving logistics-related incidents, ensuring minimal impact on service levels.\nTrack performance metrics related to on-time deliveries, transport quality, and customer satisfaction.
