This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of production and yard operations, ensuring safety, quality and operational targets are achieved every shift.\nYou'll lead a team of approximately 15 colleagues, spending the majority of your time on the shop floor supporting your team, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues and ensuring the operation runs smoothly.
