Join us as a Regional HSE Specialist and make every day count!Key Responsibilities May Include:\nDevelop, implement and continually improve safety programs to improve capability and capacity to drive HSE performance and compliance .\nProactively drive safety initiatives, including leading indicator programs that foster a preventive approach to HSE performance.\nOversee incident claims from inception through to closure, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions towards future prevention.\nEstablish and enforce standardized environmental practices in alignment with company policies and relevant regulations.\nTrack and report monthly HSE performance metrics, working with a range of stakeholders including service center managers to implement operating procedures and reporting processes.\nThe Regional HSE Specialist is responsible for working closely with operational personnel in an assigned region to give support and technical assistance for the implementation and administration of the Health, Safety and Environmental programs and Regional Employee HSE Training. This position reports directly to the Regional HSE Manager -US.
