In return, we want you to be hands-on, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.\nJob Description\nMulti-Skilled Maintenance Engineer\nWhat’s the job duties?\nTo proactively work as part of a multi-skilled team to maintain all manufacturing assets. Actively complete root cause analysis, returning the equipment in a safe and timely manner, driving efficiency, quality, and reliability improvements.\nComplete maintenance using a multi skilled approach. Perform proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring that health and safety procedures are always followed. Continually seek ways to improve all processes and procedures relating to the maintenance of equipment.\nSupport site Reliability agenda: Identification of failure modes and trends, complete root cause analysis processes and drive the agreed actions. Provide support to site Project and Change Initiatives as appropriate.\nEnsure all tasks are risk assessed through site specific or dynamic risk assessments. Report all maintenance tasks on CMMS system as required and to the correct standard. Involvement in continuous improvement projects.\nIssue work permits and supervise contractors.\nWhat Qualifications/Skillsare we looking for?\nEssential:\nNVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a Mech/Electrical/MultiSkilled Engineering Qualification.
