Join a collaborative, forward-thinking team where your expertise, stakeholder influence, and ability to challenge the status quo will help shape sourcing strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver meaningful results for the business.Key Responsibilities May Include:\nExecute category strategies aligned with regional and global procurement priorities\nConduct thorough market research to identify new suppliers, drive competitive advantage, and enhance supplier diversity. \nLead the qualification and onboarding of new suppliers in compliance with global procurement standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and supply chain, to ensure cohesive and effective sourcing processes engaging stakeholders early to understand business requirements and integrate them into procurement strategies.\nApply category management techniques to help manage supplier negotiations, optimize pricing, and establish long-term supplier relationships that deliver value beyond cost savings, including innovation and quality improvements.\nMonitor and manage supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Organize regular supplier reviews to ensure consistent delivery of products/services in alignment with business needs and procurement standards.\nLead the preparation and execution of Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) processes, ensuring best practices are followed for each sourcing event and that data is captured accurately within procurement systems such as COUPA.\nEnsure that all procurement activities are compliant with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations. Proactively identify risks related to supply continuity, contract management, and supplier performance, escalating concerns as needed.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement cycle, focusing on cost reduction, enhanced supplier collaboration, and streamlined procurement activities. Contribute to the development of procurement tools and processes that enhance efficiency and visibility across the supply chain.\nIndirect Procurement categories tend to be complex with varying stakeholder needs, significant external spend and key relationships up to and including executive level. This role will drive value through ensuring the commercial elements of spend in the assigned indirect categories are executed brilliantly with our vendors.
